The Shooter Training Sessions are intensive training sessions focusing just on shooting. We will focus heavily on footwork and the physical and mental preparation that goes into shooting. All of the drills are designed by Sam and used to break down different aspects of the shot and then build it back up as one continuous motion, leveraging momentum and rhythm to become an efficient shooter. Players will get tons of shots up and there is no scrimmaging or contact.
