These camps push young athletes to refine their skills and deepen their understanding of the game. Players will enhance their confidence and competitive edge by focusing on advanced techniques, strategic play, and real-game scenarios. Each child will thrive in a fun, supportive environment, fostering their passion for basketball. Camps are for children entering 5th or 6th grade in the Fall of 2026.

Anyone with an active Pro, Semi-Pro, or College Shooting Cage Membership will be able to register EARLY FOR SUMMER CAMPS!! This registration will be available from 8am until 8pm on January 27th!
Our Attack the Rim Camp has been a staple at The Driveway since we opened and it’s where players learn to read a defender and attack off the catch, off the dribble, and even off the cut. Kids will play 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3 to work on learning in a game context.

The ability to shoot the ball will ALWAYS have tremendous value on any team at any level. In our Shooting Camps, we break down the mechanics from the feet to the follow through and work the players through drills, some competitions, and some live play situations, focusing on the being ready to shoot and taking smart shots.

The art of finishing around the basket is what we work on in this camp with a particular focus on learning finishes that players will use the most at this level. We will work “on air” as well as with a defender trying to stop us.

What separates good basketball players from just good athletes is decision making. In this camp we will place players in small sided, half court, and full court decision making situations and instruct them on making the proper decisions quickly.
Decision making is such a huge part of the game today with so much reliance on the person with the ball making the right decision. So many coaches we have been talking to at The Driveway have commented on the need to improve their player’s decision making in game situations.

Our Next Level Guard Camp is a COMPETITION based camp in which the instruction and learning takes place in game settings as well as in film breakdown after each game with Coach Ryan. We draft teams to make them as even as possible and our summer staff coach them up over the course of the three days while players compete in a regular season schedule as well as an end of camp, single elimination bracket tournament!
