We will be offering a 6 week program, with sessions once a week. Five of the weeks will be skill development focused, utilizing The Driveway’s “Sidewalk Curriculum” to instruct the kids on the essential skills they will need as they start their basketball journey! The last few minutes of each week we will do some competitive situations, and then the final session in week 6 will be a “game” environment where they can put what they have been working on into a game situation! The 5 “Pillars” of instruction we will be using are Shooting, Ball-Handling, Finishing, Defense, and Attacking.The Driveway Dreamers Academy will be a great way for 1st-2nd graders to gain a solid basketball foundation that is grade appropriate!
This class will be the same day and time every week! There is a a one week gap in the schedule in between weeks 4 and 5 but you get all 6 weeks when you sign up!
Also included when you sign up you will receive a Driveway Dreamers Academy t-shirt and a Driveway basketball!
