Ashley discovered her passion for basketball early on, starting in 3rd grade, and never looked back. She shined on the state tournament team for the Wrightstown Tigers in 2017. In 2020, she began coaching for the Notre Dame Academy Future Tritons Girls Program, a role she continues to enjoy. Ashley expanded her coaching journey by joining the Purple Aces in 2023. She became part of The Driveway team in 2019 while still in college and has been a dedicated member ever since, sharing her love for the game with the community.

Sam Meerstein serves as both the Manager of the Wausau facility and its go-to trainer. As a high school athlete, Sam was a 4-year starter at Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran High School, playing under Hall of Fame Coach Mark Meerstein. He earned numerous accolades, including 3-time 1st Team All-Conference Player and 2-time 1st Team All-State. Sam is the Green Bay Metro All-Time Leading Scorer and holds his high school’s records for scoring and rebounding.

In college, Sam played at UW-Platteville and later at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where he was a 3-year starter and team captain. He contributed to multiple conference championships and earned academic honors, including CSC Academic All-District.

Sam holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a Master of Business (MBA) in Management and Operations. His love for sports extends beyond basketball to baseball, football, soccer, and more. Sam enjoys golfing, traveling, and water sports like skiing and wakeboarding.
